Her approach

A person, not a diagnosis

There are times in life when something feels not quite right — you're overwhelmed by your thoughts, not sleeping through the night, or not enjoying the things you love. Dr. Olga Anderson offers a safe, supportive space to talk it through, with strategies shaped around what you actually need.

Every person who walks through the door — or joins a session online — brings their own story, and that's exactly how Olga works with you: as an individual, not a checklist. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches depending on what's useful for where you are right now, rather than fitting you into a single method.

She works with you as an individual, not a checklist.

You don't need to know which approach is right for you before you start — that's Olga's job. What matters is that you feel heard, supported, and at ease from the very first session.

How Olga works

Olga draws on whichever evidence-based approach fits where you are — not the other way around.

01

ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Sometimes the harder we fight our thoughts and feelings, the louder they get. ACT helps you make peace with what's going on inside while taking meaningful steps toward what matters most to you.

02

Solution-focused therapy

Rather than dwelling on what's gone wrong, Olga looks at what's already working and builds from there — keeping the focus on where you want to go.

03

CBT — Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all connected. CBT helps you spot the patterns keeping you stuck and find more helpful ways of thinking and responding.

04

Mindfulness

A genuinely useful skill that grows stronger with practice — learning to be present with your experience rather than swept away by it.

05

The Rewind Technique

For trauma, PTSD and phobias, Olga also draws on the Rewind Technique — a gentler approach that doesn't require you to relive what happened in painful detail.
